Grief can present in many ways. We may be sad, angry or in denial, and we may believe that we will always feel this way. But we don't have to. When you are ready, I can help you remove any blocks you are facing to go forward, and to help you take steps to move towards the happiness and life that you desire.
Most of us have experienced grief in our life, and I am no exception. We lost my mother-in-law many years ago, and my father-in-law recently, as well as many other special family members and friends. I have lost beloved family pets and recently experienced a lesser form of grief when my youngest child left home to pursue her education. I have also been there for family and friends who have been devastated with loss. I was fortunate enough to also have experienced the love and compassion found in the hospice community, whose purpose it is to to help ease the pain and grief of their patients. They are also exceptional at helping the family cope with the pain of the loss of their loved one.
Grief can be devastating and there is no time limit on how long it will be until we are ready to take steps to move on. That's okay - you don't have to do it alone. Together we can discover what you are looking to change, and map out steps to get you there. And we will keep you focused on your goal.
